A PSA where they are advertising a charity for dogs, but they're obviously the ones abusing them. An episode where a character gets a rescue dog who is really fucked in the head because of abuse and shit and ends up turning into a horror movie of sorts.

The series sees a small town with a drug problem, the chemists responsible for most of the production are experimenting and by accident the product gets into the water supply, resulting in the entire town being high, including everyone from the police officers trying to bring these perps to justice to the small folk.
